It’s Time To Use Figgy Bus & Figgy’s Taxis

Figgy Bus, Barnard Castle has been in business since 2010. The name ‘Figgy’ comes from the childhood nickname for David Finlay. DVSA Public Service Vehicle Operating Licence Number : PB2008231. All drivers have completed the Driver CPC Course (Certificate of Professional Competence), and receive ongoing training. Transport Manager, Louise Finlay, holds a Certificate of Professional Competence in Passenger Transport Management. We take passenger safeguarding very seriously, all drivers have completed an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service criminal record check. CCTV may be in use in the vehicle for your safety and ours.

We currently have four 16 Seat Minibuses  and a box trailer, as well as taxis from 4 to 8 passenger seats. We provide taxi and bus services for sporting events, city visits, airport transfers and we can also provide transport for bands and their equipment to and from the venue. We work in collaboration with other local transport businesses so please contact us whatever your transport needs.
